• Lifeguard not on duty.
• Unavailable for swimming (not heated).

We suggest using our heated indoor swimming pool during the winter months, with operating hours aligned with the spa schedule.

April – November:

09:00 –  17:00

*The lifeguard is on duty during these specified hours. The use of the pool outside of these designated hours is entirely at your own risk.

Elysia Breeze: 08:30 – 23:00, 7 days per week (closed on Mondays during the winter months, and the entire month of February).

The restaurant, situated in Elysia Park, offers an all-day menu. Kindly note that it operates under separate management, and its hours of operation may vary on Public Holidays and during other events.

* Public Holidays might affect the working hours.

Your apartment is equipped with individual air conditioning for climate control. Please note that units will not work if any window or door is open in the residence. For energy saving process, we ask that you switch off all air conditioning units when leaving the residence.

The water should be hot on demand, however you will need to leave the tap running for a few minutes, before it comes through. If you do run out of hot water, or early mornings, cloudy days in winter time then you can press the switch outside the bathroom (do not use the water during this time). Please allow approximately 45 mins before running the water. The water will remain hot only for a limited time.

Your apartment will be cleaned and fresh towels will be provided every 3 days. For any additional cleaning or towel changes please contact reception.

Pool towels can be obtained from our reception with a refundable deposit.

Please do not reserve sunbeds by placing towels on them. Towels left unattended for long periods of time may be removed.

Kindly note that the lifeguard is on duty from 09:00 to 17:00 (April – November) and children must be always supervised by parents.

The Y. Dianellou Spa and wellness centre is situated in our main building (Block 6 ) on the lower level, offering a wide range of treatments and facilities such as Indoor Pool (heated), Gym, Sauna, and Steam room.

Facilities:

Indoor Pool (heated), Gym, Sauna, and Steam room, free of charge for all our guests.

Rules and Regulations:

1. The Spa facilities are to be used at the guest’s own risk. Individuals with the following conditions are advised against using the Spa facilities: heart conditions, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid conditions, claustrophobia, epilepsy, acute rheumatic conditions, cancer, acute infections, asthma, fever, and pregnant women. Intoxicated persons or individuals with infectious skin diseases, sores, or wounds are prohibited from using the Spa facilities.
2. The Heated Swimming Pool may be utilized by individuals under 16 years old only under the direct supervision of their guardians. All children under 4 years old must wear a swimsuit diaper or plastic pants, as well as armbands, regardless of their toilet training status. Cloth or disposable diapers are not permitted.
3. Proper swim attire is required for individuals in the water. T-shirts are not permitted.
4. Gym facilities are off-limits to children. Older children/teenagers (16+) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Elderly guests should exercise with caution when using the Gym facilities due to potential stress on the heart and circulatory system.
5. The Sauna and Steam bath are restricted to individuals over 18 years old.
6. The Jacuzzi may be used by children above 4 years old only under the supervision of their guardians.
7. Prior to entering the changing rooms, guests must change their footwear into pool footwear/slippers (barefoot walking is not allowed). Changing into swimsuits and swimming trunks should be done in the changing rooms. Pool towels are mandatory for all Spa facilities usage.
8. Guests using the Spa must store their clothes, bags, and other personal items in designated lockers within the changing rooms. Before accessing Spa facilities, guests must ensure that their locker is securely locked. Elysia Park Spa Management is not liable for any personal belongings left unattended or improperly secured in lockers, including money and valuables.
9. Nudity and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages before or during Spa facility use is strictly forbidden. Food, candy, and beverages are not permitted within the facilities.
10. Guests found disrupting public order, engaging in inappropriate behavior such as using vulgar language, posing a threat to others, or failing to comply with the Rules and Regulations or instructions from pool personnel, may be promptly removed from the Spa premises, with access to Spa facilities revoked for the remainder of their stay.
11. The use of cameras in Spa facilities is permitted only with explicit consent from a lifeguard.

Late Check out

The standard check out time for your residence is 11:00 noon. Please proceed to reception to complete your check out. Late check out may be available at an additional charge, but is subject to availability.

Early Check out

If you need to vacate the room before the reception opening time, please follow the below steps:

• Settle any outstanding balance the previous day
• Lock all balcony doors and windows
• Make sure all the electrical appliances are switched off
• Place the room key card on the table and lock the door behind you

If you have lost or found an item during your stay, please contact the reception immediately. We will do our best to assist you in locating lost items. Unclaimed items are held for 30 days before being donated or disposed of.
