Check Out

Check-out time is 11:00.

Late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Maximum Occupancy: 7 Guests including children.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted on the premises.

Swimming Pool Rules

As this is a private residence, there is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.

Children must be always supervised by an adult. Ensure children do not have access to the pool when alone.

No diving & running

Please shower before entering the pool.

No glass containers in or around the pool area

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping service and linen change is on every third day. Additional cleaning service is available on request at a charge of €70 per time.

Use of Furniture and Equipment

Please do not move furniture from one room to another.

Report any damage immediately upon arrival to avoid charges for unreported damages.

In the event of losing the TV remote control, a €100 fee will be charged.

Appliances

Use appliances (e.g. Stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer) according to the provided instructions.

Turn off all appliances when not in use.

Heating and Cooling

We recommend for your comfort, to keep the temperature of the air-conditioning at 26 degrees, to maintain a comfortable room temperature and for the most efficient use of the system. Please adjust the thermostat responsibly. Do not leave windows or any doors open while the heating or cooling system is on.

The fireplace is decorative, please ensure you switch it off, when leaving the property or going to sleep.

Security and Safety

Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Lost entrance keys will require a replacement fee of €200.

Do not leave candles or open flames unattended.

The management is not responsible for loss or theft of your personal belongings. Keep valuables secure and use the safety box provided.

CCTV & Alarm Systems

The CCTV and alarm systems are deactivated during your stay.
